Product return policy
Promol carries out a thorough verification of the items before their dispatch.
Promol reserves the right to request photographic support of items claimed as defective or wrong orders for refund purposes. If the claimed defect is not visible in the photographic record, it is necessary to have this article itself.
In case of return of items deemed to be defective, an inspection will be made upon receipt. Items subject to wear considered normal and/or resulting from normal use and/or with evidence of exposure to adverse environmental conditions will not be considered defective. Complaint should be sent to email email@example.com , referring to the order and/or invoice number.
In the case of a defective item, Promol, after receiving the product(s), will analyze it and inform the user of the following procedures. Promol will replace the product if stock is available. In case there is no stock availability, the invoiced amount will be refunded.
Conditions for acceptance of return:
When returning the items, all the original labels, packaging and other accessories must be included, and they must be sent together with the order;
If only part of the order is returned, the return will be made in the same proportion;
In the case of returns for quality reasons, after receiving the defective item(s), Promol will proceed with its analysis, to verify the quality problem in question;
Returns of items that do not comply with the procedures of the terms and conditions of the return policies will not be accepted. These items will be returned to the sender to the original shipping address at the user's expense;
Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
